font-size: 22px;"><br/>适用范围</span></p><p><br/>9SiCr模具钢因钢种含有硅和铬，所以淬透性好，适宜进行分级或等温淬火，这对于模具发生淬火变形极为有利，故适于制作冲模及打印模等。如用9SiCr钢制造的螺栓十字槽冲模，经900℃加热，260~280℃等温30min则硬度为57~59HRC，强韧性好，适用寿命比经常规处理的冲模提高3倍。如果采用锻造余热-高温回火的超细化碳化物，再进行等温淬火，其性能和使用寿命还可进一步提高。但9SiCr钢的主要缺点是退火硬度较高，加热时脱碳敏感性大，故加热时应注意防护。</p><p><br/></p>
